What is the NextGen Team Manager System?
A live, virtual training and coaching system to transform individuals with little or no experience of managing diverse, multi-generational teams, working in hybrid and remote environments into valued, capable, and contemporary managers. This system enables participants to quickly become authentic and credible to their team, their boss, and their peers by applying a unique combination of proven, principle-based skills and tools to establish psychological safety and trust, build momentum, and achieve recognized value for their organization in year one.
The NextGen Team Management System introduces you to powerful, proven management skills and tools and allows you to try them out in a safe space as part of a small, diverse group .

To lock in your new skills, you then apply what you've learned at work and attend follow-up group coaching sessions to develop and progress to mastery.

The NextGen Team Management System is the product of 50 interviews with first time managers and experienced leaders from around the World, responsible for managing multi-generational, diverse teams operating in remote and hybrid environments, combined with 2 years’ development and design using the latest principle-based management concepts and tools.

Ideal candidate
- You have been identified as a high potential in a commercial organization.
- You are in a production, sales, operations, or service function.
- You are about to take on the role of manager of a diverse, multi-generational team, including Gen Z.
- You have little or no experience of managing these combined dynamics.

About
Richard is a consultant, trainer and coach to scores of leaders, managers and teams working in organizations ranging from a few dozen, to tens of thousands of employees. He focuses on enabling managers to inspire performance in their teams by engaging them in ‘why’, ‘how’ and ‘what’ to do to create measurable and lasting value. Richard draws on 25 years’ experience of leading and managing teams, starting with 5 direct reports in a single department, and culminating in 30 matrix reports heading a global business line.
